I know this is kind of late...but I'd still react...:)) Because I want to...:))

The thing with UST is "It's one thing to pass and another to stay"
That has been the tag for years. In case you don't know that, then you must have
insufficient information/facts to arrive to an opinion. Seriously, UST is a quality school.
I personally have taken that for granted while I am in UST and it is only now
that I am working and roaming around in the so called "real world" that I can
attest that UST is a quality school. "D

There are a lot of people, young ones, lately who are sour-graping for not passing
the USTET. As far as I have been informed and what I have deduced from those information,
UST is tightening the number of students that will enter the school.
They are reducing the number of students that will be coming in.

It came as a shock last year for the batchmates of my sisters that most of them
didn't pass the USTET. When all their high school life, they're pretty sure they'd pass
the exams. There is this tag in our high school that UST is the annex of our high school.
That's where most of us go when we finish high school. It's like a given.
But lo and behold, a lot of those students last year took that "given" for all it's worth
and didn't pass the USTET.

Anyway, there was a lot of sour-graping going on. There isn't a perfect university out there.
Try to keep the bashing low. So it won't backfire full blast on your faces. A friendly reminder from a Thomasian. :D

  1. I also took my studyin UST for granted, at nung nag-transfer na talaga ako, dun ko na feel na talagang ibang level din ang UST. Schools are just like people they have their own strengths and weaknesses, but without a doubt UST is a university with very high standards for quality education.
