Hello Traveling.

(I am currently obsessing with my hair.

Wavy in all of it’s greasy glory. J

I can’t focus or do any work

It’s been weeks now.

And none of my moral fiber

Wants to budge on this non-working

But getting paid spree.)

I’ve met two new awesome clothing pieces

Since we went to Palawan last May.

Shorts and Leggings.

I’ve been imagining myself wearing

Leggings before our trip to Palawan.

I imagine wearing them with cute dresses

That may not look cute if I wear it publicly

Without leggings. :P

What surprise me is how much I’d love

To wear shorts. J

I am pretty on the heavy side,

So I shy away in wearing shorts and whatnot

But what the heck! I love wearing them.

Not only do they save space, they are utterly

Comfortable. J

And I am forever more day dreaming

Of my next destinations

Calaguas

Caramoan

Sagada

Batanes

Anawangin

For now, I’ve this itch for

Local destinations.

The Philippines is full of this wonderful

Places I never imagined it has.

But overseas are definitely on the horizon.

What with Japan and South Korea easing

Their visa requirements for ASEAN countries.

And then there’s Bali calling forth. J

And of course the Big Europe destinations,

Greece, Italy, UK, France and all those amazing

Places in Europe. But for now I am happy to day

Dream about the above list of local destinations.
And with day dreaming comes with the realization
That I really have to lose the gad damn weight! :P
I need to be health for all those trekking times
and if ever I'd want to buy awesome comfy clothes
that will fit into light-packing category.

i am changing hues to coral and turquoise or a lighter shade of blue.
i have exchange fireworks for sky lanterns.
beaches for mountains.
books for movies.
to some extent music for words.
to some extent dangling earrings to studs.
intricate designs for simple ones.
sour to spicy.
sitting down for walking.
certain smells for better smells.
beautiful for strangeness and charm.
and the list maybe longer than this
but change is a friend and not a foe. :)

on wacky photos.

I have grown a disliking for wacky photos. (a snotty voice in my head says: wacky photos are sooooo 2009!) The truth is...for me, wacky photos are stolen shots that are not. and for someone who thinks that stolen shots are the world's best photos, it is almost sacrilegious (almost) of wacky photos.

I am not a hypocrite who'd claim I never had a wacky photo. This disliking is just entirely new among other things that are new and coming out of me.

At first it might sound like, it sucks that he doesn't know my name, but when I really thought about it, he never called me other than "ninang" which means godmother. He is one of my sweetest nephews and I am happy I am his godmother. :D
